Inventory Support

Adecco is assisting a well-known client in Clarks Summit, PA recruit for an Assistant Outbound Planner. You must have at least two years of recent and relevant inventory, reporting, and planning experience.
This is a temp to hire position. It is fully onsite at the client facility and not remote. The hours are dayshift, between 7am and 5pm (You will work an 8 hour shift within this timeframe) The starting salary is $19.24 per hour. The position is as follows:


  • Monitor inventory systems
  • Assist with outbound planning to ensure inventory accuracy and productivity of warehouse.
  • Process and generate bill or ladings
  • Request and input purchase orders
  • Perform additional various administrative duties
  • Utilize SAP to input all data, run reporting, and ensure accuracy
  • Customer Reporting
  • Invoicing
  • Assist with overdue accounts as necessary
  • System administration (order closing, PO cleanup, etc.)
  • Ordering supplies
  • Expedite orders based on customer requests or availability of material
  • Expedite vendor deliveries based on expected delivery date

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
