Inside Sales Representative

Key performance areas
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support development of new sales opportunities and optimize existing accounts to increase product market share and new product introduction. Your primary responsibilities will be to engage in direct and indirect sales quotation, prospect identification and qualification, price management, competitive feedback, forecasting, visit reporting, customer service, and communication, and value based selling. The Inside Sales Representative will support the sales process for other team members within the Inside Sales department.
Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative will:
Generate leads to promote business development
Conduct market intelligence of competitors
Conduct reporting and analysis
Increase revenue through excellent customer service
Your profile
The ideal Inside Sales Representative candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, and have 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales and Customer Service. You possess a strong customer service focus and flexible nature, along with excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills. You easily adapt to variable situations, and are outgoing, energetic, and capable of working independently as well as in a team setting. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required for this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
